How the training works
- With no licence or only AM — 40 theory lessons and 20 riding lessons
- With category B1, B or T — shortened motorcycle theory and 20 riding lessons
- With A1 or A2 held for at least two years, or A with code 78 — practical training only, on the prescribed topics
- On the training ground — preparing and checking the motorcycle, balance, slow riding, slalom, bends, obstacle avoidance and emergency braking
- In traffic — road position, observation, signalling, junctions, changing lanes and hazard awareness
- The hours, the route and the kilometres are logged electronically
- Lessons and the exam are held in proper protective gear
- The training can be given in Bulgarian, English or Russian
Exams
- An internal and a state theory exam — when your training route includes theory
- An internal and a state practical exam
